The manufacture of wedding rings is as varied as their design. In addition to the classical methods, there is a very special, traditional manufacturing method in Japan, for example - Mokume Gane. Here, several metals of different colours are processed and joined together using special processes, so that a grain reminiscent of wood becomes visible. Wedding rings made by Japanese blacksmiths are always absolutely unique because of the very individual production. Although the wedding rings are made from one block of metal to achieve the greatest possible similarity, there will be differences between these rings. The degree of individualisation and the uniqueness of these rings is becoming more and more popular, thus ensuring the survival of a centuries-old tradition.
