If you would like to send us your Wiesner jewelry or your Wiesner wedding rings for an annual free service, you can book a package label here. We will then send it to you as a PDF file. The refurbishment service remains free of charge, of course.

The background is that most delivery services, but in any case Post and DHL, exclude the shipment of jewelry and cash by terms and conditions. Even if you book an insurance there. With the later proof of the contents, you will then not receive a replacement.

For the transport of your favorite pieces, we use despite everything DHL, as this has proven most reliable, especially in the delivery to private homes. The values are then however secured over our house-own Valoren insurance.
