Stud earrings Kokoro - hearty and warm
Mokume Gane stud earrings Kokoro in palladium, yellow gold and silver
The Mokume Gane ear studs Kokoro (Japanese for heart), designed to match the ring and pendant, fascinate not only with their extravagant heart shape but also with the liveliness of the hand-forged Mokume Gane. This is made by master goldsmith Markus Wiesner in the old Japanese forging tradition. The three precious metals, yellow gold 750, palladium 500 and silver 925, are welded together without solder or joints under great heat and pressure. The subsequent forging and patterning process then produces the unique structures of the Mokume Gane, which makes each pair of Kokoro stud earrings one of a kind.
The back of the Mokume Gane stud earrings Kokoro is a heart-shaped element in 925 silver with a pin. Both are protected against tarnishing by an electroplated rhodium layer in our goldsmith's workshop.
