Documentation of the production of your Paraiso wedding rings

1) Material selection and preparation

Documentation of production 1

In the workshop of master goldsmith Markus Wiesner, we start with the creation of your special Paraiso wedding rings. We select the metal sheets, cut them to size and sort them in the correct order, making sure they are clean and free of grease.

2) When precious metals are fused. The wedding ring sheets are stacked and clamped.

Now the prepared sheets of your Paraiso wedding rings are stacked and firmly clamped. Then it gets hot - in the truest sense of the word! It is the magical moment of welding, when the materials unite to form a solid block.

3) A hot oven act. Wrapped in a protective environment, the material is now welded together

It continues in the oven! The sheets are welded together in a protective environment. This is important to ensure that the materials combine under the best conditions and that your rings are of impeccable quality.

4) The "wow" effect. The finished welded material block of the Paraiso wedding rings

After the fusion process, an impressive block of material forms the basis of your Paraiso wedding rings. Markus Wiesner carefully checks it to ensure that it can withstand the stresses of the subsequent forming process.

5) The rolling process for the right shape. The material is gradually rolled to the required length and thickness.

Now it's time to roll! The firmly welded material is carefully rolled to the desired length and thickness. This requires dexterity and patience to ensure that there are no tears or unwanted deformations.

Now the yellow gold/white gold layer material has the correct length and thickness

6) The art of twisting. Now the wedding ring material is twisted.

Now it's time to get creative! The material for your Paraiso wedding rings is twisted - a kind of dance of twisting and annealing. This is where the unique pattern is prepared that will make your rings so special afterwards.

7) Fire and the right eye.

Again and again, the strand of precious metals must be carefully annealed until soft

8) The perfect moment

The eye decides when the right annealing temperature has been reached. A little too much and the precious metal runs away.
