An extraordinary pair of wedding rings forged in Jabin Mokume Gane
Today we show a small documentation of the making of a special pair of wedding rings. The special thing about it is the forging technique and the design. This is the Japanese forging technique Mokume Gane, which creates wonderfully natural-looking patterns and structures. The result of the work is not entirely random, but is always unique due to the hand forging process. This means that within a certain basic pattern of this technique, there are variations in the lines, arcs, stars and the appearance of the different precious metals on the surface. We hope you enjoy scrolling through and commenting on the article.
